We are *glowing* over Kim Dyes Yarn and her hand-dyed fingering weight Sugar Cookie base! This round 4-ply superwash merino is tightly plied with a silver toned Lurex barber pole that provides plenty of sparkle without being scratchy!
And we couldn't have picked a better crochet project for these little sparkles! Sherri, our resident crochet queen of the Loops Troops, used a size G (4mm) crochet hook for this project.
"Candeo," Latin for sparkle, is a wearable asymmetrical triangle shawl by Tian Connaughton. It needs just a single skein of this beautiful glittery sock weight. Just continue in pattern with this simple boomerang shape until you run out of yarn! Tian is a Season 5 Knit Star :)
