Unwound, unused yarn may be returned within 60 days for store credit. Pre-orders, printed materials and sale items are non-returnable. Mail returns to to: 6034 S. Yale Tulsa Oklahoma US 74135. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours prior to your class or event. We will issue a store credit, so you can reschedule, or purchase materials to make your next project.
If you must cancel within 48 hours of the event due to unavoidable circumstances, please call the store at 918-742-9276 and speak with a manager to discuss the reason and options. No-shows will be charged the full event amount.
