You've likely heard of Australian designer Ambah O'Brien. But did you know she began her artistic career as a body paint artist? She traveled all around the globe, body-painting at live events and teaching others...until one day, she was bitten by the yarn bug, and never turned back!
Ambah recently joined Julie of Dyed by Hand on a private Zoom call, where they shared all kinds of stories with our LoopsClub members.
We're featuring 2 Ambah designs this month. The Oyster Wrap was in last week's Scoop...and this week, we're sharing Ambah's Kentia Wrap.
The Kentia Wrap has approachable repetition, eye-catching zigzags, and colors that shift, keeping you motivated until that last stitch is bound off.
Loops has the Kentia Wrap kit from Koigu in two color options. Teresa is modeling the Kentia in our Loops custom kit, "Sunflower Farm." We also have the colors from Ambah's original design, which includes blues and blushes so beautiful you won't be able to stop admiring them.

Spring is here! Try Tarragon Chicken with Asparagus, Lemon, and Leeks from FeastingAtHome and feast on a healthful, springtime meal.
Ingredients:
2 lemons
1/ 4 cup olive oil
4–6 garlic cloves, finely minced ( or use a garlic press)
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 ounce package of fresh tarragon leaves, rough chopped, about ¼–⅓ cup
1 extra large bunch asparagus, trimmed (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1–2 large leeks, sliced into ½ inch thick rounds
1– 1.5 lbs chicken breast (boneless skinless)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450F
1. In a small bowl make the marinade. Place the zest of one lemon, and its juice ( about 3 tablespoons) in a small bowl. Add oil, garlic, salt and pepper, and mix well until salt dissolves. Add ½ of the fresh tarragon, saving the rest for garnish.
2. Place trimmed asparagus in a bowl and spoon some of the marinade over top. Toss to combine and place on a parchment lined sheet pan. Add leeks to the same bowl, toss with a little marinade and spread out on the sheet pan. Nestle the chicken amongst the asparagus.
3. Zest the second lemon over the whole sheet-pan and slice the lemons into rounds, layering them over the asparagus. Place in the hot oven.
4. Bake 20 minutes. Chicken should read 160-170 F. To get a more golden color broil for just a couple minutes.
5. Remove from the oven. Give everything a little toss, turning chicken over to coat the top with the flavorful juices. Sprinkle with remaining fresh tarragon and serve.
